We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and production model, certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• All pre-orders
• All limited drops

• Accessories
• Custom or made-to-order items

These items are considered final sale.

This policy exists to ensure fairness, quality control, and consistency across all orders.


Return Eligibility

• The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned with original packaging and tags
• The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval Process

Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a detailed inspection to verify that it meets all eligibility requirements.

This process may take several business days depending on volume.

If approved, your refund will be issued in accordance with the policy below.


Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only, unless otherwise determined at our discretion.

Store credit will be sent via email and can be used toward any future purchase.

Refunds are not issued to the original payment method except in rare cases where required by law or approved by management.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Many of our products are offered as limited drops or pre-orders.

Because of this, we clearly state:

• All pre-orders are final sale
• Production timelines may vary
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed

While most orders arrive sooner, some may take longer due to production constraints.

If your order does not arrive within 180 days (6 months), you may be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

God’s Warriors is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returns.


Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds if we detect abuse of this policy.
