Returns, Refunds & Preorders

Thank you for shopping with God’s Warriors Apparel. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order with God’s Warriors Apparel, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable preorder timeline, return requirements, and refund terms outlined below.

Preorder Timeline

Many God’s Warriors Apparel products are offered through limited drops and preorders.

Preorder items may take up to 180 calendar days from the original purchase date to ship.

Most orders are expected to ship sooner; however, customers purchasing a preorder item should be prepared to allow the full 180-day production and fulfillment period.

Because our preorder pieces may involve custom manufacturing, specialty washes, embroidery, appliqué, embellishments, quality-control inspections, and other detailed production processes, estimated completion times may vary throughout production.

If we determine that we cannot ship your order within the stated 180-day period, we will contact you and provide the option to:

  • Cancel the affected order for a full refund; or

  • Agree to a revised shipping date.

Shipping and delivery time after your order has been dispatched is separate from the preorder production timeline and depends on the shipping carrier and destination.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

You must contact God’s Warriors Apparel within seven calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

To request a return, contact us through our website contact page or email godswarriors2025@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number or packing slip

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

  • A clear photo of the shipping label

  • A brief explanation of the issue or reason for the return request

Do not return an item until your return request has been reviewed and approved by God’s Warriors Apparel.

Approved returns must be shipped back within seven calendar days of approval.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges

All returned merchandise is inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

After a refund has been processed by God’s Warriors Apparel, banks, credit-card companies, and other payment providers may take approximately 10–15 business days to post the funds to your account.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

God’s Warriors Apparel does not issue store credit.

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Exchanges are subject to replacement inventory and product availability.

If an approved replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning merchandise.

God’s Warriors Apparel is not responsible for approved returns that are lost, damaged, or otherwise not received while in transit back to us.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other import/export fees associated with their return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Any product specifically marked “Final Sale”

  • Subscription products

  • Prints

  • Mystery items

Any additional product specifically identified as non-returnable or final sale on its product page will also be subject to those stated conditions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights provided to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws.
